Navigant Consulting is committed to leveraging our people, knowledge, skills and resources to assist in advancing the lives of individuals in the communities where we operate. We support organisations that:
- Seek to improve the health and welfare of those in need
- Create programmes and environments that promote learning and development opportunities for young people
- Provide services and resources to those who require assistance
- Promote cultural enrichment, social awareness and environmental enhancements in the communities that we serve
In addition to the volunteerism of Navigant employees, the Company established a charitable trust in 2005; NCI Lending A Hand. At that time, NCI Lending A Hand provided a mechanism by which employees and the Company could make donations to support the Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Collectively the Company and its employees raised more than $360,000 that benefited organisations that were helping to rebuild and restore the lives and communities impacted by the storm.
Today, NCI Lending A Hand is a registered 501(c)3 organisation and administers monetary donations to the organisations that are important to our employees and our clients.
